Redi Health

For Patients

Did you get a text message from Redi Health?

Redi partners with pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers to give patients free support for their prescribed medications: refill updates, reminders, savings programs, and a support team you can call. If you got a text from us, one of those partners enrolled you. Here is what the message means, how to confirm it came from us, and what we will never ask for.

Why did I get a text message from Redi Health?

Your healthcare provider, your pharmacy, or the support program for your medication enrolled you in Redi. They shared your phone number, pharmacy, and medication with us so we can support your treatment, which is why the message already knows those details. Redi does not buy patient lists.

Is a text from Redi Health a scam?

No. Redi sends text messages on behalf of healthcare providers, pharmacies, and medication support programs across the United States. A text from Redi is an invitation to use free support tools for a medication you were prescribed. To confirm a specific message, call 877-540-8205 or email support@redi.health and we will check it for you.

Why does the link ask me to verify my date of birth?

The link opens your personal Redi account. Before we show any health information, we ask you to confirm your date of birth so we know the person opening the link is you, even if someone else can see your phone. We match your answer to the date of birth on file from the program that enrolled you, and we do not use it for anything else.

What will Redi never ask for in a text message?

Redi will never ask for a payment, a credit card number, a bank account, a Social Security number, or a password by text. Redi is free for patients. If a message claiming to be from Redi asks for any of these, do not reply. Forward it to support@redi.health so we can look into it.

How can I confirm that a message came from Redi Health?

Call 877-540-8205 or email support@redi.health, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern. Give us the phone number that received the text and we will tell you whether it came from Redi. You can also skip the link and sign in directly at app.redi.health.

Do I have to pay to use Redi?

No. Redi is free for patients. A message that asks you to pay for Redi is not from us.

How does Redi protect my information?

We use encryption and secure systems to protect your personal health information. Redi is designed to comply with applicable healthcare privacy regulations, including HIPAA. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

How do I stop receiving text messages from Redi?

Reply STOP to any Redi text, or email support@redi.health and we will remove your number.
